What Is Homes For Heroes?

Who Qualifies As A Hero?
Qualifying heroes include, but are not limited to, current and former firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, law enforcement and all other first responders; all ranks of active military, reserves, and veterans; nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals; educators, teachers, professors and education administrative staff.
How Do The Rewards Work?
The average Hero Rewards savings received after closing on a house is $3,000! If you work with an affiliated real estate specialist, you can save 0.7% of the home purchase price, or $700 on every $100,000 of the purchase price. On average, this is $2,300 in savings. These savings can be received as a check and even used towards closing costs! Plus, if you work with affiliated mortgage, title, and inspection specialists, you can save an average of $500 on lender fees, $150 on title service, and $50 on a home inspection.
